Treatment For Sunburn

***FIRST DRINK LOTS OF WATER TO REPLACE LOST FLUID***
Water Having been exposed to the sun you should always make sure that your drink lots of water. Depending on the extent of your sunburn your body may continue to dehydrate even after you are out of the sun.
Vinegar helps restore the skins ph balance quickly. Also may help prevent blistering as it soothes the pain away. Great remedy to soothe the itch as it heals.
Vinegar in a spray bottle Fill 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water into a spray bottle. Spray onto burn areas as often as needed throughout the day. Also you may want to run a cool bath and pour 3-4 cups of vinegar into the water. Soak for 15-20 minutes. The smell should disappear after a few moments.
Milk Soak a gauze or soft cloth (micro fiber works great)with milk and leave on the burn for a few minutes. This cools and soothes the burn, leaving a protective protein barrier behind.

Alternatively fill a spray bottle with milk and spray directly onto your burns as often as you like throughout the day. Although extremely soothing you could end up smelling like soured milk by the end of the day.
Aloe Vera soothes and cools while healing your skin. It is best fresh straight from the leaf. However, Aloe Vera gel bought from a health store or pharmacy works just as well. Apply gently to effected area as often as needed.
Tea  The tannin in tea helps to soothe the discomfort of a sunburn. Brew a pot of tea and leave to cool. Pour tea into a spray bottle. Spray onto affected areas as needed.
