The Best Homemade Cough Syrup
This works for persistent dry coughs.
It soothes an irritated throat and relieves chest congestion and phlegm. The bad news: it really tastes terrible, but if you have a persistent cough, it's worth it
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
Mix and take by the teaspoon. Adjust dosage for your personal use. But no more than 3 teaspoons per dose. This works for persistent dry coughs.
I had a bad dry cough for over three weeks, and I was desperate for some relief. It worked and I got a good night's sleep. I have been recommending it to others ever since, and many have confirmed my positive results.

Granny’s Cough Syrup  (Drink until your cough is subsided or you don’t have any more cares hehe)
1 cup whiskey
1/4 cup peppermint schnapps
1 cup honey
2 lemons
Squeeze lemons into honey and add whiskey and peppermint schnapps. Stir until thoroughly mixed, shake if needed. Sip a tea cup full.
This is one dose so drink it all!

HOMEMADE COUGH SYRUP (Out of all these I have taken, this one is the easiest to swallow.)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. whiskey
Mix all ingredients, store in jar. Put 1 teaspoon or 2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water or tea.
